Sale conditions
Sale conditionsWe reserve the rights to change sale conditions. Any new rule will be effective from the moment is published on our web site and will apply to sales effected from that moment. Thus we ask you to read these conditions carefully every time you buy something from us. 1. Orders Acceptance Orders will be accepted only after you receive our email confirmation stating that ordering procedure has been completed, the payment has been authorized and products are available. We suggest to print this email and keep it. In case you don't receive the emal confirmation, please contact us via email . Any information posted on our site is to be considered as an offer but constitute an invitation to offer. 2. Shipping Products will be shipped within six (6) days from the date of the order acceptance. Shipments are made, at your expenses, via Priority Mail. Terms outlined in the Shipping Terms indicate the period of time usually necessary for you to receive our products. We'll do our best to in order for you to receive products within those terms, but we are not responsible for any damages resulting from possible delay occured during transportation. We cannot ship orders to any address other than your billing address, or to P.O. Box addresses. 3. Right of Withdrawal As stated by the Italian Legislative Decree No 185/1999, you have the right to withdraw from the sale agreement without penalties and without giving any explanation within ten (10) working days from the receipt of the goods. All you have to do is to inform us of your intention to withdraw from contract (indicating how you desire to be reimbursed) with registered letter with return receipt. Within the same term you can also send a telegram or a telefax as long as you provide to send confirmation via registered letter with return receipt within the subsequent 48 hours. Within the same term you have to return the goods, at your expenses and under your responsibility, in perfect condition and, in case of CDs and Videos, sealed. We will reimburse the money as soon as we have received the goods and checked that they are in perfect condition and, in case of CDs and Videos, sealed. 4. Payment We accept payments only via credit card (Visa, Mastercard). You can safely enter your credit card data online (transaction are processed by Banca Sella Secure Server or, if you prefer send your order via fax. 5. Guarantee We guarantee our products are free from defects. In case you receive defective products you have to inform us as soon as possible, and in any case within ten (10) days, via registered letter with return receipt and we will replace the product or issue a refund. 6. Privacy As stated by Article 10 of the Italian Law No 675/1996, we inform you that your personal data will be processed for the execution of this agreement. The treatment of your personal data is necessary to execute this agreement. We grant that your personal data will not be passed to anyone for aims other than those above. 7. Applicable Laws All agreements concluded with us are subjected to Italian Law. |
